Nothing Bundt Cakes in Short Pump is looking for friendly, high-energy individuals to join our team as Joy Creators (JC)! We would love to add to our little Bundt Cake Family!
About the Role:
Our JCs are the face of the bakery—delivering exceptional guest service, guiding guests through our menu, and helping them celebrate life’s special moments with our delicious Bundt cakes. You’ll help create an inviting atmosphere for both guests and teammates while keeping things running smoothly at the front counter.
What You’ll Do:
- Warmly greet guests and provide an outstanding experience from start to finish
- Answer questions, take orders, and offer thoughtful recommendations
- Assist with in-store merchandising, cake presentation, and cleanliness
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a joyful and productive work environment

- Positive attitude and a passion for guest service
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to train in our existing Richmond-area bakeries before the Hull Street grand opening
