What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader - Key Holder Pooler Location position at Nothing Bundt Cakes?

The shift leader will work alongside the manager to assist with ordering of products, scheduling, hiring new employees, training new hires, and overall bakery operations.
We have great operating hours Monday - Saturday 9:00 - 7:00 and Sunday 11:00 - 4:00
Must be willing to work during our busy holiday seasons along with some evening/weekend shifts.
Prior leadership experience preferred, but willing to train a person with a great work ethic. Seeking applicants that want an opportunity to be trained for a management role.
