is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist in El Segundo / CA. Our expectation at this time is you would work from our office, located at 2321 Rosecrans Avenue, on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday.
The shift will be 8 : 30a 5 : 00p.

that provides public relations (PR) and investor relations (IR) solutions delivered to thousands of public and private companies globally via cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms.
Job Summary :
The Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for vetting and approving any prospect application which is looking to disseminate press releases within our Public Relations line of business.
The vetting responsibilities will also apply to clients who are contracted by our sales team. They will interface with other departments, including but not limited to our Sales, Editorial, and Finance teams.
Candidates with ConnectWise, Salesforce, B2B and customer service experience will be highly considered.
Essential Duties :
Duties include any or all of the following (other duties may be assigned as needed) :
- Perform account research on organizations who are looking to do business within the product line of business
- Setting up any new approved account applications in our various platforms
- Act as main point of contact for prospects until their account is approved
- Communicates clearly with prospects via phone and email
- Embraces collaborating with teammates
- Ability to work occasional overtime during high volume periods
- Ensuring that SLA’s and KPI’s are met regarding account research and account activation
- Participate in and lead additional projects as required
Minimum Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field.
Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing position required.
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required.
