About The Role
The AI Product Marketing role at Notion is an opportunity to design and execute a go-to-market strategy that shapes the future of Notion AI for millions of users. You’ll be in one of the most multi-faceted, cross-functional roles in the company—informing strategy, defining messaging, managing high-visibility projects, and leading teams from kickoff to launch day. Becoming a member of the AI team here will feel like being at a “startup within a startup,” where you have license to take risks and big swings, and explore the bleeding edge of AI tech.
In this role, you’ll launch net-new capabilities and features, as well as explore ways to improve and optimize our existing AI product portfolio. There are many who still see AI as a toy—who have yet to see how AI can make a genuinely helpful impact in their day-to-day work. If crafting the right strategy and story to lead users to that “lightbulb moment” is something that excites you, this role is for you.

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000-165,000.

What You'll Achieve
- Lead many GTM team members through product launches and campaigns, helping folks understand what’s changing, when, and why. An orchestra conductor across marketing, brand, sales, support, and success.
- Develop compelling messaging that helps differentiate Notion AI against a crowded competitive landscape, to inform deliverables from lifecycle emails to demand gen campaigns to blog posts and more.
- Partner closely with product team to stay on top of the latest product explorations, and champion our users’ needs
- Continually develop and improve materials and collateral to help our sales team sell Notion AI effectively
- Collaborate with monetization & leadership team to determine the future of AI pricing & packaging
- Part of core working group that regularly presents to leadership team to drive decisions and alignment on AI GTM initiatives
- Stay close on the latest insights from your data and user research counterparts, as well as competitive intel
- Demonstrated experience in AI messaging and storytelling
- Confident leadership skills, from hosting GTM kickoffs with ~50 attendees to driving meetings with Notion’s founders and leadership team
- Growth minded. Not launching features for sake of launching features. You set ambitious, measurable goals and are motivated to exceed them.
- Strong writing skills, punchy and opinionated
- Have led Tier 1 product launches with many cross-functional partners
- Managed both B2B & B2C product launches
- Can create scrappy visual assets in a pinch, like product screenshots or GIFs
- Have used Notion and passionate about the product
