What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Campus Minister position at NOTRE DAME-CATHEDRAL LATIN SCHOOL?
The Opportunity: Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School, a thriving, coeducational Catholic college preparatory high school sponsored by the Sisters of Notre Dame, seeks a faith-filled, dynamic, and collaborative Campus Minister to support, accompany, and challenge our students as they grow in their faith and prepare for lives of leadership and service. As a member of a two-person team, the campus minister will share in the leadership and management of the NDCL campus ministry program (grades 9-12).
Essential Skills

· Strong knowledge of Catholic teachings, liturgy, sacraments, scripture, and church traditions.
· Ability to guide students in spiritual formation and discernment.

· Motivated learner who continually seeks feedback and is excited to grow and learn professionally.

· Confidentiality and ethical awareness in handling sensitive issues.
The Role
· Facilitate and oversee planning and logistics for liturgies, prayer services, bible studies, overnight retreats, mission trips, and grade level retreats.
· Collaborate with the theology department to celebrate and foster a vibrant Catholic culture.
· Train students for liturgical roles and leadership opportunities.
· Facilitate and oversee the planning and logistics for NDCL service initiatives including Labre Ministry, L’Arche Ministry, the St. Joseph of Arimathea Pallbearer Society, mission trips, and all school service projects.
· Salaried position with the expectation for flexibility of daily hours and the need for occasional overnight, weekend, and evening tasks.
Qualifications:
· Undergraduate or graduate degree.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and
· Power Point).
· Preferred candidates will be an active member of the Catholic Church.
Reports To: NDCL Principal
Status: Full-Time
· Start date for this full-time, 10-month position is August 1, 2025.
· Salary commensurate with education and experience.
