Position Summary:
The primary purpose of the Activities Assistant is to assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing of Activity Programs in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards, as well as the established policies and procedures of Notre Dame LTCC as accepted by the Board of Directors to assure that the spiritual development, emotional, recreational and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.
Requirements
- Must be compassionate, creative, and caring and possess a desire to positively impact the daily lives of seniors.
- High School/GED preferred. College degree preferred.
- Position may require working weekends and holidays
- Experience working with memory care residents preferred.
- This position is every Saturday and Sunday.
