Responsibilities :
- Leads the development and implementation of strategy for fundraising and resource growth and is responsible for meeting annual fundraising targets
- Provides professional expertise in leading a comprehensive advancement program that supports the mission and programs of Notre Dame High School
- Creates and sustains a culture of giving and engagement through robust communications, annual giving programs, major gift solicitation, planned giving and capital campaigns
- Engages constituents in the advancement of the school through their contributions of time, talent and financial resources
- Oversees and directs the work of the advancement and marketing / communications team
