As a RSTAC Computer Operator I, you will be responsible for the execution of various radar test plans and procedures as part of overall ground and flight test efforts within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) RSTAC contract. Operators will follow steps as described in the test procedure and supporting documentation and note any discrepancies observed during the test. Operators will be needed for several radar types to include : AN / TPY-2, Sea-Based X-band (SBX) radar, Cobra Dane radar and the Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWRs).
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical role
- Familiarity with common operating systems and network monitoring programs
- Knowledge of data user interface and query software
- Excellent data entry skills for accurately maintaining processing logs
- Keen attention to details, as well as having critical thinking and analysis skills
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills
- Good verbal communications to explain technical information to users with little technical knowledge
- You must possess or can obtain an active SECRET security clearance
- You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position
