We are pleased to announce the opening for a Lead Systems Engineer, who will join our Engineering Services Division in Huntsville, Alabama and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team that provides coordinated communications integration support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Chief Engineer and United Arab Emirates (UAE) THAAD Engineering Lead.
Responsibilities : You’ll be :
- Providing systems and interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance regarding the THAAD weapon system with international partners.
- Assisting Engineering Lead with managing the technical aspects of all assigned force design work.
- Assisting with international Tactical Data Link Architecture and attend data link conferences.
- Collaborating and coordinating on force design technical efforts with multiple external agencies and stakeholders.
- Identifying deficiencies and shortcomings in planned or ongoing design reviews and provide options for fixing them.
- Documenting and communicating interim and final technical findings and results in a clear manner that is understandable to senior-level decision makers.
- Actively participating in regular and ad hoc force design meetings and technical exchanges.
