The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile processes and implementation for large-scale software and hardware programs, with a focus on user/operator engagement and comprehensive user experience design.

Responsibilities :

- Provide expertise in operational workflow design, Agile user persona management, and user journey development for space operations.
- Implement Agile processes and methodologies for large-scale software and hardware programs, emphasizing user/operator engagement and comprehensive user experience design.
- Apply Agile product ownership principles and best practices to guide effective software development and ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Space Force command and control infrastructure and platforms, ensuring effective integration and operation.
- Work directly with Space Force operators to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements for software and hardware development.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, stakeholders, development teams, and operational communities to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Support the development and deployment of space systems, ensuring they meet operational requirements and enhance mission effectiveness.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and other team members as needed.
- You must have a Bachelor of Science along with a minimum 14 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree along with a minimum 12 years of relevant experience or a PhD with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive Experience working highly classified space programs
- Extensive Operational Experience with command and control of space systems
- Experience in Agile processes and implementation for large scale software and hardware programs with an emphasis on user/operator engagement and comprehensive user experience design
- Expertise in operational workflow design, Agile user persona management and user journey development
- Expertise in Agile product ownership principles and best practices for guiding effective software development
- In depth knowledge of space force command and control infrastructure and platforms
- Experience working directly with Space Force operators
- You must have an active TS clearance, with SCI eligibility
- You must be amenable to be nominated for Special Access Programs
- You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past or present experience with SSC or mission partner space control or space situational awareness mission area programs

Salary : $115,000 - $155,000
