The Kitchen Lead position is an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals who are passionate about food and leadership. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage a team of Food Service team members, and ensure that every option served meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Prepare and cook high-quality options, maintaining presentation and taste standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a kitchen leader or supervisor in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
