Automotive Service Technician (Chillicothe, OH):
Nourse Chillicothe Automall is seeking a skilled and dedicated A or B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Align vehicles and ensure proper handling and performance.
- Utilize auto estimating tools to provide accurate repair cost assessments.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with powertrain components and diesel engine repair is a plus.
- Experience with automotive electrical systems and ADAS technology is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
