Automotive Wholesale Clerk (Chillicothe, OH):
Nourse Chillicothe Automall is in need of an additional clerk in our Administrative Staff immediately! The right candidate will possess strong experience and ability in accounting and related activities. The position requires a detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast paced environment. The individual in this role must be a team player, willing to support the other personnel to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage titles for purchased vehicles
- Manage checks for all sold vehicles
- Manage payoffs to banks
- Stock in preowned inventory purchased from auctions and other dealers
- Manage Cancellations
- Process gap, service contracts, etc with 3rd parties
- Month-end reconciliation
Requirements:
- Must be insurable and possess a valid Driver’s License
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive experience preferred, but not necessary
- Dealer trade experience preferred, but not necessary
- Must have knowledge and experience with general ledgers and debits and credits
- Must have knowledge of accounting schedules and procedures
- Knowledge of end-of-month procedures
- Must be process-driven
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experience answering multi-line telephones
- Must be multi-faceted in order to fill in other positions when needed
- Must have a professional appearance and work ethic
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
