Credit Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst to join our team. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assessing credit applications, analyzing financial data, and evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial statements, risk assessment, and industry trends.

About the job
We are a Centre of Expertise aiming to be a valued partner for the sales organizations in such a way as to minimize and control the risk in terms of (1) granted credit and (2) outstanding credits whereby we aim to have a sustainable business for Nouryon.
The position falls under the Global Credit Control Team. The Credit Control Department takes care of all credit and collection activities for all business lines in Nouryon.
In your future role as a Credit Analyst you will
- Assess creditworthiness of individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintaining credit risk models
- Communicate credit decisions to management and sales teams
- Monitor and managing the credit exposure of existing customers
- Identify and mitigating potential credit risks
- Provide various credit reporting, both to internal and external customers
- Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in granting credit lines
