Seeking a reliable, professional, experienced nanny to provide exceptional childcare for a family in Avon, OH. Care is primarily for a 3-year-old and 15-month-old, while two older children are in school full-time. The ideal candidate will have nanny experience and multiple references, will be responsible, patient, and engaging. This is a long-term position.
Rate: $20/hour
Benefits: PTO, sick days
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm
Start Date: March 24, 2025
This position is paid legally, on a W2, with taxes withheld.
Responsibilities
- Engage baby in age-appropriate educational activities
- Light housekeeping related to children
- Prepare and clean bottles
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for play and learning
- Outings to library, zoo, etc
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nannying with several references
- CPR & First Aid certifications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
- Willingness to engage in educational play and activities with children
- Comfortable with light meal preparation for children
