Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports to assess the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses
- Conduct risk assessments and make recommendations for loan approvals, denials, or modifications
- Review and verify borrowers' financial history, cash flow, debt levels, and collateral
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk analysis reports for loan officers and senior management
- Monitor existing loans for compliance with credit policies and early risk detection
- Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and relationship managers to structure loans
- Stay updated on banking regulations, industry trends, and market conditions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in credit analysis, banking, or financial services preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements, loan structures, and risk assessment
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and banking software
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for report writing and presentations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
