Nova Biomedical is hiring a Network Analyst I on-site in our Lexington Rd, Billerica, MA facility (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM). The Network Analyst will focus on user support and assist with LAN functions while managing WINTEL servers. Other responsibilities include :
- Respond to, follow up, and resolve assigned support tickets.
- Configure and deploy both new and refurbished laptops and desktops.
- Work with team members to support Microsoft Office environment.
- Assist with design, implementation, and ongoing support of Enterprise backup solution.
- Assist team members with WINTEL server configuration, implementation, and support.
- Assist team members with VMware and Hyper-V tasks.
- Perform basic network tasks such as moves, adds, changes of PCs including terminating network patch cables.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced network connectivity issues.
- Assist with cabling installations.
- Assist other IT team members with hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist with network backup configuration and operations.
- Perform Avaya phone system moves, adds, and changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
