What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at NOVA Business Center?
We are seeking a Customer Service member to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We work with a wide range of nonprofits, charities and Fortune 500 clients in numerous industries.
Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries
· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
* Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, market strategy insights
* Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross functional collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
* Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
* Responsible for branding, advertising, and marketing
* Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories
