Overview

This role is essential in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, along with excellent patient service skills. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
Duties
- Assist chiropractor with patient care and treatment
- Assist with patient assessments, including documenting medical history
- Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and answering questions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage scheduling for appointments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and insurance verification.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care and follow-up appointments.
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing, and data entry
- Educate patients on chiropractic procedures and provide instructions for at-home care
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is preferred.
- Strong patient assessment skills to understand patient needs effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide outstanding patient service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in chiropractic care.
