Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide recommendations.
- Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest needs promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process reservations and cancellations efficiently using hotel management software.
- Assist multilingual guests by providing information in their preferred language when possible.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Good with social media, before and after pictures, marketing emails/texts
- Extroverted and friendly
- Good at sales
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the Medical Spa industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Good with social media is mandatory.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
