You will be required to use your own vehicle for this job, and all the delivery routes will be done through our company delivery app.
Duties
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling of items to prevent damage during transit.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while managing schedules effectively.
- Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery status, issues, or changes in route.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any necessary documentation.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
- Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is a plus.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in commercial driving.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools is beneficial.
