Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Dine Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Engineering Lead for a potential contract award working from Arlington, VA. *This position will be contingent upon contract award expected April 2025*

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for all technical design efforts related to implementing or improving ARNG NCR IT services and support
• Analyze, evaluate, and plan methods of approach to provide solutions
• Responsible for multiple teams engaged in the technical design and engineering functions
• Oversee the design of both new and existing IT modernization, expansion, and improvement projects
• Provide engineering support for all changes to the ARNG NCR IT infrastructure and its service offerings. This support includes technical activities as well as establishing priorities
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant IT/Business/Cyber/Engineering field
• Active Secret clearance required
• Minimum of five years of experience designing and optimizing a VDI environment similar to that of the current ARNG NCR environment
• Minimum of five years of experience engineering solutions that provide operational efficiencies and TCO improvements
• IAT Level III or IAM Level III certified
• ITIL Foundation Level Certification
