Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for ARNG NCR IT services and support such as Campus Area Network (CAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) operations
- Leverage technology advancements to increase the performance, security, and efficiency of ARNG NCR IT services
- Improve customer service and internal efficiency by emphasizing proactive system management using ITIL processes
- Establishes and implements standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters
- Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems
- Provides technical support for system users
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant IT/Business/Cyber/Engineering field
- Active Top Secret clearance required
- Minimum of five years of experience operating and maintaining network services for COOP sites
- Minimum of five years of experience managing network services for a similar network to that of the current ARNG NCR environment
- Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III or IAM Level III Certified
- ITIL Foundation Level Certification
