Network Services Manager

Job Summary

Dine Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Network Services Manager for a potential contract award working from Arlington, VA. *This position will be contingent upon contract award expected April 2025*

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for ARNG NCR IT services and support such as Campus Area Network (CAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) operations
• Leverage technology advancements to increase the performance, security, and efficiency of ARNG NCR IT services
• Improve customer service and internal efficiency by emphasizing proactive system management using ITIL processes
• Establishes and implements standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters
• Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems
• Provides technical support for system users
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant IT/Business/Cyber/Engineering field
• Active Top Secret clearance required
• Minimum of five years of experience operating and maintaining network services for COOP sites
• Minimum of five years of experience managing network services for a similar network to that of the current ARNG NCR environment
• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III or IAM Level III Certified
• ITIL Foundation Level Certification
