System Administrator

Job Summary

Our North Stone Subsidiary is hiring a System Administrator to support ITA’s enterprise IT infrastructure. This role involves maintaining and securing IT systems, ensuring uptime, and troubleshooting system-related issues. The candidate will manage system performance, implement best security practices, and support IT services essential to ITA’s operations.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Administer Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Monitor system performance and address security vulnerabilities.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for IT-related incidents.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Assist with patch management and compliance enforcement.
• Maintain system documentation and compliance with IT policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security , or RHCSA.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience as a system administrator in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and multitasking ability
• Customer service and end-user support skills
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
