- Design and implement system architectures for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide Tier 3 support.
- Optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including networking, storage, and server systems.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure NIST and FedRAMP compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5 years in IT systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
