As an ICC Special Inspector with NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC, you will be responsible for performing structural building inspections and QA/QC tests. Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting inspections in accordance with code and project requirements
- Interpreting project plans and specifications to ensure compliance
- Performing field testing and inspections as required
Key responsibilities will also include reviewing plans and specifications, communicating results with contractors and engineers, and inputting results into daily reports.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction materials testing and inspection
- ICC Certifications in Reinforced Concrete, Soils, Structural Steel & Bolting, and Welding
