Structural Building Inspections
We are seeking an experienced ICC Special Inspector to perform structural building inspections and QA/QC tests. As an ICC Special Inspector with NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC, you will be responsible for:
- Inspecting buildings to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements
- Interpreting project plans and specifications to identify areas of concern
- Performing field testing and inspections to verify structural integrity
You will also be responsible for communicating results with contractors and engineers, and inputting results into daily reports.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction materials testing and inspection
- ICC Certifications in Reinforced Concrete, Soils, Structural Steel & Bolting, and Welding
