We are seeking a highly skilled ICC Special Inspector to join our team in Panama City Beach, FL. As an ICC Special Inspector with NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our construction projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Inspecting buildings to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements
- Interpreting project plans and specifications to identify areas of concern
- Performing field testing and inspections to verify structural integrity
You will also be responsible for communicating results with contractors and engineers, and inputting results into daily reports.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction materials testing and inspection
- ICC Certifications in Reinforced Concrete, Soils, Structural Steel & Bolting, and Welding
