Evolving as a Processor by having…
- Minimum of two years of recent experience processing loans is required.
- One to three years of experience in the mortgage industry is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service-related field is preferred.
Exciting Opportunities to Grow by…
- Review loan files for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify accuracy of system inputs and analyze files for program applicability.
- Review necessary documents, including income, asset documentation, credit reports, verifications, appraisal reports, preliminary title reports, etc.
- Ensure accurate AUS findings and compliance with all regulatory standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Contact borrowers to request additional documentation and discuss closing figures prior to submission.
- Provide status updates to loan officers, borrowers, and agents.
- Coordinate submission to underwriting, satisfaction of documentation requests, and resolution of closing/funding conditions.
- Facilitate closings as needed.
- Submit files promptly, adhering to company standards.
- Review pre-audit HUD-1 statements for accuracy and work with loan officers and title companies to resolve discrepancies before closing.
- Prioritize workflow to handle time-sensitive files in the correct order.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.

- Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as mortgage loan origination software.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
