You Should Have
- Positive attitude, a strong sense of hospitality, and a professional work ethic
- Experience with high volume dining and tailored step of service
- Ability to memorize and retain information quickly
- Prioritizes tasks focusing on guest needs first
- A good understanding of food, wine and cocktails
- Open availability and a desire to learn
- A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification are required and must be obtained before entering this position
