Job Summary: The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of our home care services, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with clint care manger to ensure adequate client care, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise home care staff, ensuring they provide high-quality care and adhere to company policies.
- Client Coordination: Work closely with the Client Care Manager.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for home care services, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in home care or a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
