Job Title: In Home Caregiver
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregiver to join our team. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistance to individuals in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will offer support with daily living activities, emotional care, and ensure a safe environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer and cue medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed
- Aid in meal preparation and feeding
- Conduct lifts and transfers for clients with mobility challenges
Requirements:
- Experience in assisted living or caregiving roles preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Display a compassionate and patient demeanor towards clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the client's home environment
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
