Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and health evaluations.
Diagnose and manage a range of acute and chronic conditions.
Order and interpret tests to assist in patient diagnosis and management.
Educate and counsel patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare.
Work with healthcare professionals for a coordinated care approach.
Provide ongoing care, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans.
Handle medical emergencies in the outpatient setting.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to legal, regulatory, and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and high-quality care.
Engage in ongoing learning to stay updated on medical advancements and practices.
Participate in initiatives to enhance patient care and practice efficiency.

Qualifications
Current VA licensure.
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Experience in family practice or internal medicine preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

We are open from Monday to Saturday, 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
