NOVA Plastic Surgery & Dermatology is a rapidly growing multi-location aesthetic and dermatology center in Northern Virginia. We are hiring a Marketing & Growth Manager to own the top of our revenue funnel and drive measurable patient acquisition.
This is a senior management role responsible for generating new patient leads and ensuring those leads convert into completed consultations.
Success in this role is measured primarily by two numbers:
• New Qualified Leads Generated
• Consultations Completed
This position requires someone who thrives on metrics, accountability, and ownership.
Position Overview
The Marketing & Growth Manager oversees the full patient acquisition engine across multiple locations. The role manages digital marketing, community partnerships, events, and the intake team to ensure consistent consult growth.
This leader will manage the marketing agency, PR Agency, oversee patient coordinators responsible for intake, and build non-digital growth channels such as referrals, partnerships, and community events.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Consult Growth
Own the full acquisition funnel:
New Lead → Completed Consultation
Responsibilities include:
• Track daily lead flow by marketing channel
• Monitor lead → consult conversion performance
• Ensure rapid follow-up and pipeline management
• Identify and correct funnel leakage
• Maintain a minimum 65% lead-to-consult conversion rate
Marketing Channel Ownership
Manage and optimize lead generation across channels including:
• Google SEO and paid search
• Social media and digital campaigns
• Referral programs
• Community partnerships
• Events and open houses
Channel performance must be tracked with clear metrics including:
• leads generated
• consults booked
• cost per consult
Agency & Vendor Management
Act as the internal owner of all marketing execution.
• Manage the marketing agency
• Monitor campaign performance weekly
• Ensure lead quality and pipeline performance
• Align marketing activity with clinic capacity
Guerrilla Marketing & Community Growth
Develop local growth channels beyond digital advertising.
• Partnerships with gyms, medical offices, luxury retailers, and local businesses
• Community events and brand activations
• Open houses and patient education events
• Track measurable leads and consults from every initiative
Intake Team Leadership
Oversee patient intake operations.
Manage:
• Patient Care Coordinators
• Front desk intake process
Responsibilities include:
• Monitoring lead follow-up performance
• Ensuring CRM accuracy
• Maintaining pipeline reporting integrity
• Improving lead conversion performance
Key Performance Metrics
This role is evaluated on measurable results.
Primary metrics:
• New leads generated by channel
• Completed consultations
• Lead → consult conversion rate
• Cost per consult
• Referral and event leads
Secondary metrics:
• Show rate
• Pipeline response time
• Event and partnership performance
Qualifications
Required:
• 5–10 years experience in marketing leadership, business development, or growth operations
• Experience managing marketing for aesthetic, wellness, dermatology, or healthcare practices
• Proven ability to grow lead volume and consultation bookings
• Strong CRM and pipeline management experience
• Experience managing marketing agencies and vendors
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven
Preferred:
• Multi-location clinic or medical practice experience
• Experience with AesthetiX, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM systems
• Experience running events and referral programs

Compensation
Base Salary
$90,000 – $120,000
Performance Bonus
$20,000 – $40,000
