The purpose of Nova Recovery Center is to remove personal barriers through the blending of recovery and clinical methods, giving each individual the opportunity to be successful in recovery. The Nova Recovery Center residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation program is designed to close the recovery circle and increase overall sober success rates with individualized continuum of care plans.

If you are passionate about helping others and want to join a tight-knit team, youre in the right place. Nova Recovery Center is hiring a Recovery Advocate for our 20 acre campus in Wimberly, Texas.
Responsibilities
Monitors clients whereabouts and documents any significant client issues within the daily shift notes and immediately notifies Supervisor by preferred method of communication.
Ensures safe care to patients adhering to policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Assist with milieu management under the direction of the RA Supervisor, by completing rounds every 30 minutes, providing client direction and redirection, and supporting the client's recovery process.
Maintains appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior at all times with clients, families, co-workers and other professionals
Completes all steps for intake and discharge of a client.
Possible transportation of client(s) in a timely and safe manner
General Qualifications
Must have the ability to interact warmly and professionally with individuals while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
Excellent oral, scheduling, and communication skills are required.
