Job Summary
Assist with milieu management under the direction of the Director of Operations. Monitor and guide clients regarding program structure, support their recovery process, and provide oral and written reports during shifts.
Essential Functions
- Assist with milieu management and monitor client attendance at program activities.
- Provide direction/redirection to clients and support their recovery process.
- Complete daily checklists and report facility issues.
- Recognize and intervene in crisis situations.
- Maintain competence in using information systems and documenting pertinent information.
- Maintain communication with the Shift Supervisor and notify them of any unscheduled absences.
- Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain confidentiality.
- Represent Nova Recovery LLC positively in the community.
- Dress appropriately and work well under pressure.
- Be punctual and adhere to the department schedule.
- Practice ethical conduct and comply with all company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Work Environment
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
- Use standard office equipment and drive company vehicles to transport clients.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Frequent walking and standing for extended periods.
- Occasionally required to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
Travel:
- Travel to other Nova locations within Texas may be required.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- GED or high school diploma.
General Qualifications
- Ability to interact warmly and professionally while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
- Excellent oral, scheduling, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
- Self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Valid Texas driver's license or other photo identification.
