Job Overview
We are seeking a self-driven Warehouse Associate to join our team and be a crucial part of our company's exciting next stage of development. As a Nova Warehouse Associate, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in providing stunning drone light shows for our clients in partnership with world class artists and producers.
Drone Sky Stories are an emerging art form with limitless creative possibilities, and we're looking for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's achievable. The Warehouse Associate will be playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our drone storage, preparation, and deployment processes. You’ll manage inventory, prepare equipment for light shows, and support testing procedures, ensuring every show is prepared flawlessly.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain drone inventory, spare parts, and related equipment
- Perform regular stock counts and update inventory records accurately
- Pack, unpack, and inspect drones and gear for transport to event sites
- Ensure equipment is stored properly to maintain functionality and safety.
- Assist with routine testing and maintenance in coordination with the technical team
- Report equipment issues and assist in minor repairs when needed
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all materials are accounted for
- Prepare shipments with proper labeling and packaging to protect equipment
- General warehouse duties including organizing and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed (training provided if necessary)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse,logistics, or similar role (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using inventory management software and basic computer tools
- Forklift certification is a plus (but not required)
- Interest in drones, technology, or event production!
