Nova Supports is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Behavior Analyst in Training in the Ogden, UT area. This position is ideal for someone enrolled in a Master's program pursuing their BCBA. Compensation for this position is $51,000-$56,000 annual salary.

Phase I: During the first 600 fieldwork hours you will have two primary roles:
- Behavior Consultant - 20 hours per week providing DSPD behavior consultation. We will provide training for this
- RBT - 20 hours per week you will perform behavior technician work
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial functional assessments for individuals receiving supports through DSPD
- Develop and write behavior support plans tailored to each client's needs
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
- Provide behavior consultation to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
- Collaborate and consult with the client's support team, including caregivers and other professionals
- Primarily work from home with occasional in-person visits to clients in the area
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program that meets BACB requirements for BCBA credential
- 1 year experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Strong interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits (mileage reimbursement available)
