What are the responsibilities and job description for the BD Head position at Nova Tasko?
Our client is a Chinese NHP Pharmacology CRO company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical service sales across global regions and expanding company's international footprint outside of China
- Develop and implement overseas BD and marketing strategies and budgets.
- Create new market opportunities and maintain strong customer relationship for long-term business growth.
- Generate and update contact list regularly with potential NHP study needs.
- Distribute and deliver service and product information with scientific language.
- Identify potential clients and initiate talks leading to business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and participate in meetings, presentations and events presenting the company and its offerings.
- Engage in coordination of Study Director's needs, S&T discussion, client tie-in approaches.
- Coordinate project-related activities and ensure legal compliance across all business development efforts.
- Provide regular BD updates and summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, backgrounded in pharmacology, medicine, or other life science related areas
- More than 5 years proven track record in international sales and business development in pharmaceutical/CRO industry on multiple disease areas
- In vivo pharmacology and monkey CRO experience preferred
- Good team working skills
- Willing to travel frequently
