About the Role
As aSales Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting both Sales Management and Sales Associates while helping to grow our presence in the Northern VA market. You willbuild relationships, drive sales, and ensure our products stand outat key retail locations.
🔹Your Impact:
- Lead andmentor the Northern VA Sales Associate teamto maximize sales and brand knowledge
- Develop strong relationshipswith key managers and buyers at target accounts
- Manage off-premise accounts, visiting a minimum of20 locations per weekto increase sales and visibility
- Identify and executenew business opportunitiesto expand product distribution
- Schedule and executein-store samplings, on-premise events, and festivals
- Achievemonthly and quarterly sales goalsthrough strategic planning and execution
- Optimize product placementby increasing shelf facings, securing secondary placements, and ensuring proper merchandising
- Partner with distributor reps to drive growth and conductjoint sales visits
- RepresentNOVA Tastingsat trade shows, distributor meetings, and industry events
Who We're Looking For
Theideal candidatewill have:✔️Off-premise industry knowledge(experience working with grocery, liquor, or retail store accounts is a plus!)✔️Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in beverage, CPG, or related fields✔️Aself-motivated, goal-oriented mindsetwith strong leadership skills✔️Excellent relationship-buildingand communication skills✔️The ability towork independentlyandtravel within Northern VA
