As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop performance improvement solutions for manufacturing processes. In this role, you’ll have the chance to make an immediate impact by leveraging your knowledge of fabrication, assembly, materials, and process flow to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. You'll be a key player in a collaborative team environment, where your fresh ideas and solutions will drive continuous improvement and bring cutting-edge processes to life.

In 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota. Since that time, we have developed the resulting MinnWest Technology Campus into the largest privately owned technology park in the country.
Willmar, MN is a bustling community located less than two hours from Minneapolis and one hour from St. Cloud known for its lakes and vibrant entertainment.

What we’re looking for:
- 2-5 years’ experience; Bachelor’s or Master’s level education in Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering degree.
- Must possess strong mechanical aptitude
- Familiar with SolidWorks and MS Office.
- Willing to work in agricultural environments to develop products; Available and willing to travel as needed
- Understands and supports Scrum framework of product development
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and autonomous environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical information applicable to the work in addition to company policies and procedures.
- Ability to identify opportunities, make recommendations, and implement effective solutions and courses of technical action; Results orientated and takes pride in producing quality service.
- Respects individuals, appreciating diversity in experience, education, and organizational level.

- Provide manufacturing support for product designs, including testing and continuous improvement on complex projects
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing problems, developing and communicating data-driven solutions and corrective actions
- Provides technical information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations which affect long range product engineering planning
- Compiles and analyzes test data to identify failure modes of the product offering solutions to design teams; Prepares data for timely project updates and technical presentations to team members
- Participates with manufacturing builds to ensure that the manufacturing process meets design specifications along with tools and fixtures creation
- Proficient in manufacturing methods and developing SOP’s
- Experienced working with a variety of materials such as aluminum and plastics
- Demonstrates self-leadership and self-management of priorities to achieve project objectives
