Quality Systems Technician

Job Summary:

The Quality System Senior will perform Quality System duties of a GMP aseptic fill manufacturing facility.

Job Scope:

The Quality System is integrated with the other five manufacturing systems. As a member of the Nova-Tech Quality System team, this position will work independently as well as with other Manufacturing Systems to ensure the manufacturing of high-quality products. It is critical for this position to understand Nova-Tech’s GMP culture and the concept of Laboratory Control (LC) functions and the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in instrument calibration, qualification, and validations

· Work with Project Scientist to implement activities from onboarding of new products

· Implement customer quality specifications and inter-company change controls

· Participating in classified area monitoring

· Perform packaging/laboratory visual inspection qualification

· Assist in vendor audits

· Establish and revise applicable Standard Operating Procedures and forms

· Assist in SPL label submission and other regulatory functions

· Perform Quality System Level III duties as needed

· Other duties as assigned

Job Skills/Knowledge:

· Detail oriented with organizational skills and ability to multi task and meet deadlines

· Experienced in equipment and instrument qualification and process validations

· Critical and systematic thinking and problem solving skills

· Good composition, data input, and analysis skills

· GMP knowledge of manufacturing processes

· Able to lift 30-50 lbs

· Exceptional Attendance

Education/Experience

· BS graduate with background knowledge in natural science curriculum. Physical and life science is a plus.

· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position
