RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train and mentor staff to build a well-informed team to provide optimal customer service
- Maintain a positive and fun work environment while maximizing efficiency
- Effectively communicate with customers and be able to manage conflicts in a professional manner
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all guests and staff
- Responsible for booking parties, events and ensuring all details are confirmed in a timely manner
- Uphold daily operations to a high standard, ensure optimal staffing and scheduling with consideration of financial impact
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to practice good judgment in decision making, enthusiastically and professionally interact with staff and customers
- 1 years of experience in management, experience in hospitality is a bonus!
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Approachable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to take accountability and constructive feedback for improvement

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
