Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote Novatron’s automation solutions.
  • Quoting & Order Processing: Develop accurate quotes, process orders, and ensure smooth handoff from sales to production.
  • Solution Selling: Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to provide customized solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through ongoing communication and support.
  • Pipeline Management: Track sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, customer challenges, and automation advancements to refine sales strategies.

Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in industrial automation, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Proactive Approach: A self-motivated approach with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to manage quoting and order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, quoting tools, and sales tracking systems (preferred but not required).
  • Sales & Negotiation: Ability to effectively sell and negotiate with clients to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of industrial automation products and solutions to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

Knowledge

  • Industry Trends: Awareness of current trends and advancements in industrial automation to stay competitive and provide relevant solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Novatron’s automation solutions and how they can be tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

  • Strategic Planning: Capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
