Nova Underground LLC is a fast-growing underground utility contractor specializing in telecom and fiber infrastructure projects. We work with major utility providers across the Southeastern and Midwestern United States, delivering safe and high-quality construction work, including trenching, boring, fiber installation, and restoration.
As our CEO transitions to focus on strategy and expansion, we are hiring a Program Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations for our Underground Division. This role will be the key layer between executive leadership and the field — keeping operations on track, projects moving, and standards enforced.
Job Summary
You’ll be responsible for managing our team of field supervisors, ensuring project execution across multiple states, and making sure everything runs smoothly — from 811 locates and permitting to final restoration and closeout. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can lead teams, and love solving problems, this is your chance to play a critical leadership role in a growing organization.

Qualifications
- 5 years of program, project, or operations management in construction or telecom (underground utilities preferred)
- Direct experience managing or working with field supervisors or construction crews
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy: able to work in Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and mobile-based reporting tools
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Based in or near Atlanta, GA (travel required 25–40%)
What We Offer
