Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet company goals
Operational Management: Manage strategic operations ensuring the highest quality and efficiency within budget
Financial Management: Oversee all of the facilities' financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss management
Leadership & Team Development: Mentor, develop, and inspire staff while fostering a high-performance culture
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
New Business Development: Promote growth opportunities and support new product launches
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and maintain a safe and clean facility
Requirements:
Demonstrated excellence and experience in a leadership role, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing environment
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Solid understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain management processes
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a diverse team
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience managing to the ISO guidelines or equivalent quality standards
