As a Material Handler, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing the movement, storage, and control of materials across our supply chain. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Shifts & Pay: **shift differentials are provided!

Employees scheduled to work a majority of their hours in a day during the 2nd or 3rd shift will be paid the appropriate shift differential.

• 1st Shift: 7A – 3P ………………………………………………….Base
• 2nd Shift: 3P – 11P …………………………………………….….Base $1.50
• 3rd Shift: 11P-7A …………………………………………………..Base $2.00
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Organize materials for easy access and efficient storage
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Package, label, and load outgoing shipments
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely
• Follow all safety protocols (training provided)
  
  

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations with a high school diploma/equivalent.
• Skills:
• Forklift Certification (Preferred)
• Accurate data recording and strong analytical abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with shift lengths (8-12 hours) and occasional weekends
• Physical Requirements:
• Frequent lifting (50-75 lbs), standing, walking, and other physical tasks
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with constant motion
