- Accounting & Reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.
- Create, review, and post journal entries (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly).
- Run financial reports and support month-end close processes in compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Financial Close & Reporting
- Assist in month-end and year-end close, ensuring strict deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update accruals, prepaid expenses, and accounting reserves.
- Respond to ledger inquiries from Corporate Headquarters.
- Audit & Compliance
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide critical financial data and documentation to auditors.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards is preferred.

- Analytical, inquisitive, and detail-oriented, with a love for solving problems.
- The ability to work independently while excelling in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a knack for meeting deadlines.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 4 years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Operating Systems: Proficiency with ERP software.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and V-lookups).
- Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment is a plus.
