Job Summary
The Employee Relations Manager will play a critical role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner
- Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs to promote morale and motivation
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive business results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
