Plant Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of production supervisors and maintain overall plant operations with focus on production, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities.
• Oversee areas such as general safety, planning, cost efficiency, and product quality, ensuring alignment with established manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment, replacing or adjusting them when necessary, to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide leadership and training to production supervisor(s) to accomplish company goals and objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the plant.

Our ideal candidate has experience in heavy manufacturing leadership and strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Visual software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
